Cancellation and refunds
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to date of departure. However, no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of departure; or for failure to show up at your departure time.

It is recommended that all people with any medical problems or dietary restrictions inform well before departure, so as they may be catered for. It is recommended to bring along with you any personal medication, bands-aid, antibiotics, anti-malarias medication, aspirin for headache, etc.

Rinjani Climbing Tours acts only in the capacity of transport companies, hotels, carriers, and other contractors, that connect with us to complete our itineraries. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, including death, changes of schedule, irregularities, etc. which are beyond of our control.

Travel Insurance
Rinjani Climbing Tours highly recommend that you have your own travel insurance. You are entirely responsible for arranging travel insurance on your own, prior to departure date. Rinjani Climbing Tours accepts no liability, for any reason, for travellers who do not have travel insurance.
